Decagon is opening a new office in New York City. This marks a major milestone in our growth and a big opportunity for East Coast builders to join us in shaping the future of customer experience with AI.
As the center of gravity for so many of the industries we serve—financial services, retail, media, and beyond—New York is a natural next step for us. It’s also where some of our most forward-thinking customers, like Bilt and ClassPass, are redefining what it means to support users with speed, intelligence, and empathy.
