We’re excited to announce the opening of Decagon’s new London office, expanding our presence in one of the world’s most vibrant centers for technology and service innovation.

Our partnerships with industry leaders like Oura, Power, and Arrive have shown how European businesses are raising the bar for customer engagement. With a base in London, we can collaborate even more closely with teams leading that charge and accelerate how AI helps brands connect with customers in smarter, more natural ways.

This move also places us in the heart of Europe’s growing AI ecosystem, a community that blends technical creativity with a deep sense of purpose. From here, we’ll continue building the next generation of AI agents that help companies deliver concierge-level customer experiences at scale.
