Introducing the Decagon Partner Community

Technology partners
Our technology partners fall into a few groups. Some provide the models and infrastructure our agents run on. Others connect Decagon to the systems where a customer's work actually happens.
Models and clouds. Decagon runs on a constellation of models, including models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google, alongside the specialized models we train ourselves at Decagon Labs. Google Cloud and AWS give enterprises a way to run and buy Decagon inside the cloud environments they already trust.
Personal agents. Customers are starting to send their own AI agents to deal with businesses for them. Through partnerships with Instinct and Muse, we’re helping businesses prepare for this shift. Decagon’s Personal Agent Gateway detects and serves personal agents through a dedicated channel, with the business’s own policies, workflows, and permissions governing every resolution.
Data and payments. Decagon is the conversational layer of the enterprise, and a conversation only helps if the agent can act on what it hears. To deliver a concierge experience, it has to plug into a customer’s systems of record, payment systems, and data lakes. Through our partnership with Databricks, Decagon agents work with governed enterprise data directly, and conversation data flows back into Databricks for teams to analyze. With Plaid, a customer can connect or reconnect a bank account inside a Decagon conversation over chat or voice, so a failed payment gets fixed without a handoff.
Voice and the contact center. Voice 3, our latest voice agent, runs on Chord, a speech model built by Decagon Labs and post-trained specifically for customer conversations. We work closely with Twilio to deliver high-quality voice experiences on top of it. Decagon also integrates with all major contact center platforms, including Five9, where we’re accredited and listed on the Five9 CX Marketplace. Pairing their routing with Decagon’s AI agents lets enterprises automate more of their customer conversations and boost containment. When a conversation does need a person, the handoff to a human agent is seamless.
Buy Decagon where you already buy
Large companies have spent years negotiating commitments with their cloud and AI providers. They shouldn't have to start a new procurement process to use Decagon.
Decagon is available on AWS Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace, Databricks Marketplace, and OpenAI Marketplace. On these marketplaces, eligible customers can apply existing commitments toward Decagon.
Solution partners
Software is only part of a successful deployment. We built Decagon around operator-led AI, so anyone who understands a business can shape how its agents behave. Agent Operating Procedures (AOPs) are written in plain language, without an SDK, which means a partner can build on the platform as easily as a customer can. That gives solution partners a strong role in Decagon deployments, both in how we sell them and how we build them. Global systems integrators and consulting firms bring deep knowledge of how a particular enterprise runs, from its legacy systems to the teams who approve every change. Resellers bring Decagon to clients who already trust them with their operations. Both are core to the Partner Community, and we’ll share more about the firms we’re working with in the coming months.
What partners get
Partners work directly with our sales team on joint pipeline, shared account plans, and co-marketing. Their teams can train and certify through Partner Essentials on Decagon University, which covers how to build, deploy, and scale Decagon agents.
The community is new, so early partners will have real influence on how it grows. That includes our go-to-market plans and the enablement we build next.
