Today, we're excited to announce the launch of Decagon Voice!

Our enterprise-grade AI voice agents deliver hyper-realistic conversations with customers over the phone and run on the same "brain" that has made us successful so far. This is a huge milestone toward our vision of an agentic future for customer experiences.

As a channel, voice is often the preferred method of support for customers. For enterprises, it's critical to deliver a Gen AI solution that is truly omni-channel and multi-modal. There's no reason to maintain separate business across chat, email, and voice calls.
